Khinalug is also considered one of most ancient and continuously inhabited places in Azerbaijan. You will have a chance visit Red Town (Qırmızı Qəsəbə or Krasnaya Sloboda) in Guba city which is one of the last strongholds of Mountain Jews in Caucasus as well as visit mosques of Shiite and Sunni communities of Guba.
